What is Mediation

What is Family Law Mediation?

Family law matters can be addressed through mediation that include separation, child custody and visitation, property division, child support, and spousal support. The main goal of family law mediation is to help the parties find mutually agreeable solutions that meet the best interest of everyone involved, especially the children

By working together in a collaborative and respectful manner, families can often avoid an adversarial process and stress that is often associated with litigation. With mediation, families have control over the outcome of their disputes. At our firm, we prioritize confidentiality and neutrality.

What is Workplace Mediation?

The use of mediation in the workplace provides a constructive and collaborative approach to resolving conflicts, fostering better communication, and creating a harmonious work environment.    Conflict or disputes can have various effects on individuals, teams, and organizations, such as, reputation damage, increased absenteeism and turnover, decreased productivity, and increased cost.

It is important to address the conflict promptly and effectively to minimize the negative effects.  Implementing conflict resolutions strategies, promoting open communication, and fostering a positive work environment can help mitigate the impact of conflict and create a healthier and more productive work environment.
